The Mill House
Completed November 2018
Just outside Redditch, this 17th century property saw a large extension to the side and rear of the house. The extension, done sympathetically to the home, saw a new kitchen-diner, breakfast room, utility room, lounge and play room being added. Finished to an extremely high standard, the Mill House also saw new water features being added along with automated gates. Everything was designed and built to be in keeping with what is an historic home.
John and his team undertook a full renovation of our house, including a two-storey extension and a large orangery. John manged the project on a daily basis and dealt with everything on our behalf. Despite not living at the property during the work, we were able to visit the site as often as we needed to. John and his team were friendly and easy to work with, and I would recommend them to anyone looking to undertake a property project, big or small.
