The Mill House
Completed November 2018
Just outside Redditch, this 17th century property saw a large extension to the side and rear of the house. The extension, done sympathetically to the home, saw a new kitchen-diner, breakfast room, utility room, lounge and play room being added. Finished to an extremely high standard, the Mill House also saw new water features being added along with automated gates. Everything was designed and built to be in keeping with what is an historic home.
I wanted to share my recent experience with John Coote & Sons builders. It was thanks to recommendations on Facebook that I came across John & Jack. They've taken on the completion of my extension with a friendly, dedicated approach all at a decent price. I can't fault the standard of work and they've not let me down once. Very highly recommended.
