Widely respected for our quality, professionalism and reliability over the past 30 years, we undertake a variety of building work which ranges from small to large scale projects.
John and Jack personally manage each and every project, giving customers the confidence that every last detail is being taken care of - working closely with architects where appropriate.

Meet The Team
John Coote
John is the founder and managing director of JRC Developers Limited. He started the firm in 1990, soon after completing his brickwork apprenticeship. In the following years, John quickly started to establish the company - adding to his qualifications, and becoming a member of the respected Chartered Institute of Building. He was also proud in 2012 to become a master member of the Guild of Bricklayers, going on to train a number of talented apprentices.
Obsessed with the safety of our sites and our team, John is also highly qualified in all aspects of health and safety.
Jack Coote
John’s son Jack joined the family business in 2012 and has gone on to play an important role in the growth and development of the firm. Jack holds a variety of construction and safety qualifications and is experienced in all aspects of building - including project management and giving bespoke advice to our customers.
