The Court House, Stoke Pound

In the Stoke Pound area of Worcestershire, we worked closely with the owner and conservation officer to improve and modernise this beautiful Grade Two listed home. The property had sympathetic extensions to the rear and the side which housed a new kitchen, utility, porch and downstairs shower room. We were able to restore the character of the property by taking it back to the original stone wall and also exposing many original features. Outside, a 100ft deep well was also restored as part of extensive work to improve the gardens.
We have known John for a number of years now, seen his work during this time and been thoroughly impressed! Friends have always recommended John Coote and Sons and spoken very highly. So when it came round to us needing someone to knock an internal wall out there was no hesitation on who to call. John and his team are extremely professional, always punctual, very polite and well mannered. With John's qualifications and experience he has great ideas and can always make suggestions that you would not have considered. We have been blown away with the end result of our little project and now have the most amazing family room which we all love. We get a wow when people walk in now.
