John

Founder & Managing Director

John founded "J Coote & Sons" in 1990 after completing his brickwork apprenticeship. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building, and in 2012 became a Master member of the Guild of Bricklayers, a distinction held by very few. He has trained many apprentices, is highly qualified in all aspects of health & safety, and founded JRC Developers Limited in 2023.

Jack joined the family business in 2012, and the business was later established as JRC Developers Limited in 2023.

Director

Jack joined the family business in 2012, bringing a new generation into the firm. He holds a range of construction and safety qualifications and is experienced across every aspect of building, including project management and bespoke customer advice.
